-6 cups of Green Cabbage
-1.5 cups of Shredded Carrots
-1 Medium Yellow Onion finely chopped
-1.5 Tablespoons of powdered ginger
-1/2 cup Low Sodium Beef Broth
-1/2 cup Coconut Aminos, trust me I added more, but I know there are some people that want exact lol!
-2 tablespoons of minced garlic
-1.5lbs of grass fed beef
-a nice bunch of green onion chopped
-1lbs bag of cauliflower rice to top this sucker
-Pink Himalayan Salt / Pepper to taste
1) Brown meat on medium heat, onions, and coconut aminos.
2) Add in all spices/seasonings, add carrots, and cabbage.
3) I cooked the cauliflower rice separately in a pan with 2 Tablespoons of Kerrygold butter and mixed all ingredients into a Wok once complete!
