- 2 slices Ezekiel bread
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Almond Milk
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Heat a non-stick pan over a low to medium. Grease pan with the coconut oil.
- Scramble eggs, almond milk, cinnamon, and honey in a medium bowl. Transfer egg mixture in a pie dish.
- Soak Ezekiel bread in the egg mixture for 15 second on each
- Cook Ezekiel bread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
